Lack of these vitamins in the cells which they are entered in the bloodstream has become irregular in size and shape, but usually larger than normal this type of anemia knows as megaloblastic anemia.
If either iron or folate and vitamin B12 are deficient it gives rise to hypochromic macrocytic or dimorphic anemia.
